New patient experience with Dr. Schwarz was remarkably refreshing. My insurance erroneously listed Dr. Schwarz as participant. Office manager Diana warmly handled my inquiry and I was pleasantly surprised when she listened to my need - and based on her response, and especially Dr. Schwarz’s bio, I made an appointment. Waiting room was clean, quiet and not packed. Instead patients arrived and were seen swiftly. Again pleasantly surprised, if not shocked, when Dr. Schwarz came out personally to say he was aware I was waiting and apologized for wait time. Wait time was not noticeable as I was early. Dr. Schwarz was gracious, kind, very informative, and offered solutions. It is unthinkable anyone in NYC would suffer through any other Dentists’ offices where patients are overlooked, unappreciated. Dr. Schwarz should be the training guide - and refresher course - for every dental and medical office.
